Requirements
- Significant experience in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technical architecture and Web3 infrastructure.
- Proven experience in business development, ecosystem development, or strategic partnerships.
- Evidence of building partnerships that resulted in real integrations, adoption, or network activity.
- Existing relationships within the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem.
- Ability to communicate effectively and credibly with highly technical stakeholders.
- Strong commercial judgement to prioritize strategic opportunities.
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team.
- Experience with Open-source protocols.
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a remote, technical organization.
- A builder mentality with a focus on delivering tangible outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Logos’ business development and partnership strategy, driving ecosystem growth and adoption pre- and post-mainnet launch.
- Identify and prioritize ecosystems, protocols, and infrastructure providers where Logos technology delivers the highest value.
- Manage the full lifecycle of partnerships, from initial identification and technical evaluation to negotiation and integration.
- Lead, mentor, and prioritize the work of a team of two BD contributors while remaining personally hands-on with key relationships.
- Facilitate communication between technical and ecosystem teams to translate technical capabilities into commercial propositions and inform product priorities.
- Represent Logos at a high level with founders, protocol leads, and technical decision-makers.
