About Logos
Logos is building the foundational technologies for a freer, decentralized internet. We pioneer communication infrastructure that is permissionless, interoperable, and driven by user consent. From our inception in 1993, we've crafted robust Oracle and ERP solutions for diverse industries. Now, we are driving the movement for decentralized web, empowering communities and upholding fundamental freedoms. Our work ensures privacy is non-negotiable and decentralization is inherent, not an afterthought. We are a smaller team, yet our impact spans across the globe.
How We Work
You will collaborate with a small, dedicated team passionate about decentralized chat and secure systems. We tackle frontier tech problems, navigating uncharted territories in protocol development. We operate remotely and asynchronously, welcoming talent worldwide. Your contributions will have real ownership, directly shaping open communication technologies. We foster an environment where you wear many hats, learn continuously, and grow with the team. Active participation in async design discussions and clear technical documentation are key.
Engineering at Logos
At Logos, you will build the bedrock of decentralized messaging. We focus on implementing messaging protocols in our reference SDK using Rust. This involves translating complex protocol specifications into reliable, production-quality code. You will own the API design and developer experience of the SDK, focusing on abstractions, ergonomics, and documentation. Our work involves deep familiarity with real-world instant messaging systems like Signal and Matrix, and extensive experience with decentralized computing and cryptographic primitives. We are solving hard problems like bringing decentralized group messaging over MLS to all developers, demanding innovative solutions and meticulous attention to detail. We also continue to develop and implement Oracle technologies and ERP solutions, maintaining a broad technological scope.
