- 3+ years of experience in provider licensing, provider operations, healthcare operations, or a closely related field.
- Familiarity with licensing processes and state licensing requirements for RDs, MDs, NPs, and therapists.
- Meticulously organized and detail-oriented.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and view process changes as opportunities.
- Experience building processes from the ground up.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn and adopt new technologies.
- Flexible and adaptable when facing new challenges.
- Passionate about the mission to improve healthcare.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end cycle of licensing applications for new and existing providers across the U.S.
- Streamline existing licensing processes by optimizing workflows and suggesting automation or new tools.
- Develop detailed SOPs for new state or provider licensing and oversee their implementation.
- Assist in managing and uptraining the contract licensing team.
- Track licensing metrics and report on progress and roadblocks.
- Provide direct support to and manage licensing communications for Registered Dietitians, MDs, NPs, and therapists.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with RCM, Payer Ops, Clinical Ops, and Customer Experience teams.
