Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
- 2+ years of management consulting experience from a top firm (McKinsey, Bain, or BCG preferred) or relevant experience in business analysis/operations.
- High level of comfort with SQL and running complex data analysis.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with audiences ranging from front-line employees to the C-suite.
- Strong problem-solving framework based on first principles.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, data-driven, and high-performance environment.
- Residency in an eligible location (AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada).
Responsibilities
- Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies.
- Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features to inform product and business strategies.
- Define, understand, and test levers to drive profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership growth.
- Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth analyses using machine learning models to extract actionable insights for growth strategies.
