Requirements
- 4+ years of experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to pull, structure, and interpret data independently.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Track record of owning ambiguous problems and delivering tangible impact.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
- First principles thinking to break down problems into clear hypotheses.
- Ownership mindset with accountability for end-to-end execution.
- Experience with tools such as Metabase, Jupyter Hub, and GitHub.
Responsibilities
- Define business problems and understand the decisions they inform before performing analysis.
- Define key metrics, build reports, and run analyses to track performance.
- Design and conduct experiments to surface data-driven insights.
- Drive outcomes by presenting actionable recommendations to product, growth, finance, or operations teams.
- Own the analytical function for a core business unit end-to-end.
