Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience at a consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth technology company.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to independently pull, structure, and interpret data.
- Experience breaking down ambiguous problems into clear, testable hypotheses.
- Proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse), Python, and Excel.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Metabase.
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end analytical projects and delivering tangible business impact.
- Ability to communicate complex findings clearly and persuasively to stakeholders.
- Strong influence and collaboration skills with leadership-level partners.
- Must currently reside in AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MA, NC, NJ, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, UT, VA, or Ontario, Canada.
Responsibilities
- Embed within core business areas like growth, product, AI, and strategic partnerships to lead the analytical function.
- Define business problems and identify the critical questions that inform decision-making.
- Define metrics, build dashboards, and design experiments to track and optimize business unit goals.
- Perform data analysis to surface insights and interpret findings for cross-functional stakeholders.
- Drive outcomes by presenting clear recommendations to leaders in product, growth, finance, and operations.
- Ensure end-to-end execution of strategic initiatives based on analytical findings.
