10+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with a focus on product marketing.
Proven experience in a Director, Senior Director, or Head of Product Marketing role.
Track record of managing, hiring, and coaching multi-person teams.
Deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM strategies: positioning, pricing, packaging, and sales enablement.
Extensive experience with primary/secondary market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights.
Experience operating in a fast-moving scale-up or growth-stage environment.
Proven ability to connect product marketing efforts to commercial outcomes and revenue.
Strong senior stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience defining and owning measurement frameworks for marketing and research impact.
Demonstrated AI fluency with a strategic point of view on integrating AI into marketing workflows.

Define and own end-to-end product marketing strategy, including positioning, messaging, and GTM execution.
Build and govern a global product launch framework to ensure scalable and repeatable results.
Manage product adoption and post-launch engagement to drive usage, retention, and revenue.
Lead the market research function, identifying opportunities and activating insights across the business.
Develop competitive intelligence as a structured, ongoing discipline to inform product roadmap and sales enablement.
Lead and develop a team of product marketers, fostering a culture of commercial accountability.
Establish AI-integrated operating models and standards for team efficiency.
