Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in software, technology, or product organizations.
- 10+ years of experience in Product Management with increasing leadership responsibility.
- Proven success defining product vision and delivering enterprise SaaS products.
- Deep experience within Identity, KYB, Digital Identity, FinTech, Fraud Prevention, Payments, Risk, or RegTech markets.
- Strong executive leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go-to-Market organizations.
- Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, and modern data technologies.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered tools for product management practices.
- Familiarity with responsible AI principles, model governance, and explainability.
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the KYB product portfolio.
- Partner with the CPO and executive team to set strategic priorities and investment decisions.
- Lead product delivery from concept through launch and continuous optimization.
- Drive AI-first product thinking by embedding intelligent automation into KYB workflows.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers.
- Partner with GTM, Sales, and Marketing to develop successful product launch strategies.
