Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- At least 7 years of Product Management experience.
- Demonstrated application of AI to build digital products.
- Strong proficiency in SQL.
- Proven experience in business analysis.
- Experience working directly with software engineering departments to scale new product experiences.
- Experience translating business strategy into consumer-facing digital products.
- Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and data-backed judgment.
- Experience in high growth or startup technology environments.
Responsibilities
- Design and build optimized consumer incentive and reward experiences in collaboration with engineering.
- Manage day-to-day operations and engineering execution for directly owned and supporting teams.
- Launch and test new experiences with a high degree of autonomy.
- Own business case, prioritization, and monitoring for product experiences under your purview.
- Build operational reports and financial models using SQL and Excel to drive investment decisions.
