Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or Communications preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing, product marketing, or product management.
- 6+ years of product marketing experience preferred.
- Proven experience in a B2B product marketing environment, ideally with software, cloud, or SaaS solutions.
- Strong ability to develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
- Excellent storytelling, writing, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical products into clear value propositions.
- Strong market research and analytical skills.
- Experience creating high-quality sales enablement assets and pitch materials.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product and feature launches, including naming, positioning, messaging, and campaign coordination.
- Develop and maintain product positioning and messaging frameworks to differentiate solutions.
- Partner with Product Management to refine messaging based on customer feedback and market insights.
- Conduct comprehensive market, competitor, and buyer-persona research.
- Collaborate with Growth Marketing to execute campaigns that increase awareness and demand.
- Create sales enablement materials including pitch decks, talk tracks, and training resources.
- Develop customer-facing content such as web copy, emails, and release notes.
- Monitor launch performance using data to adapt strategies.
