Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise security, security operations, or related fields.
- 5+ years of senior information security leadership experience.
- Proven experience building a multi-team security organization overseeing architecture, operations, and identity functions.
- Experience overseeing a SOC function across multiple time zones.
- Strong knowledge of IAM capabilities including MFA, single sign-on, privileged access, certificate management, and secrets management.
- Experience building or directing security architecture securing endpoints, identity, email, cloud, data, and networks.
- Familiarity with Governance, Risk, and Compliance frameworks such as ISO27001, SOC2, SOX, FedRAMP, and GDPR.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a commercial outlook.
- CISSP, CISM, or similar certifications preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and subject matter expertise to the Enterprise Security program, directing the managers of the Security Architecture and Engineering (SAE), Security Operations (SOC), and Identity and Access Management (IAM) teams.
- Set strategy, define roadmaps, and hold team managers accountable for staffing and performance.
- Advise executive leadership on security-related business risks and communicate best practices across the organization.
- Direct the implementation and maintenance of control standards in accordance with compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Oversee incident response services, cyber resilience programs, and enterprise-wide readiness for security incidents.
- Define and execute the enterprise IAM roadmap and long-term vision.
- Establish KPIs to monitor risk levels and measure security program effectiveness.
