Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience operating and scaling security GRC, compliance, or customer assurance programs.
- Deep understanding of designing and developing technical controls including IAM, endpoint, and cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with SOC 2 or equivalent frameworks.
- Proven experience with security questionnaires and customer assurance workflows.
- Experience using compliance platforms like Vanta, Drata, Oneleet, or SafeBase.
- Practical experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT for GRC workflows.
- Strong technical writing skills for audit documentation and customer-facing responses.
- Meticulous attention to detail for managing content-heavy documentation.
- Strong cross-functional coordination skills.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Manage and mature the compliance framework including continuous controls monitoring and audit coordination.
- Automate GRC workflows such as evidence collection, questionnaire responses, and risk management.
- Oversee the third-party risk management (TPRM) program including vendor assessments and monitoring.
- Develop, maintain, and report on the risk management program.
- Draft and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Manage the customer security assurance function including security questionnaires, RFPs, and trust center content.
