Job Details

5+ years of CRO/experimentation experience at a DTC ecommerce brand generating $100M+ in annual revenue.
Proven ownership of testing strategy at high-revenue scale.
Strong quantitative skills, specifically in statistical significance, funnel analysis, and revenue-impact analysis.
Experience building or improving a testing framework, prioritization model, or KPI structure.
Track record of building partnerships across content, lifecycle/CRM, development, and design teams.
Comfortable working at both a strategic and hands-on level.
Familiarity with common CRO, testing, and web analytics tools.
Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, OneDrive).
Must have an up-to-date Mac or Windows computer with anti-virus protection.
Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Map and refine customer journey stages, touchpoints, and KPIs.
Own and prioritize the cross-departmental testing roadmap using data.
Maintain the testing KPI framework and conduct independent data-driven analyses.
Translate test results (significance, revenue, win-rate) into forward-looking recommendations.
Report performance and roadmap progress to Director and executive stakeholders.
Manage a consistent process for test intake and documentation.
Arbitrate conflicts between departments regarding test prioritization.
Scope and brief tests for partners and execute specialized tests independently.
Represent testing strategy in cross-functional planning and sprints.
Partner with Data Engineering to ensure robust data platform capture.
