Requirements
- Experience partnering with engineering teams in a highly technical, customer-facing environment.
- Ability to participate in design-level technical conversations and accurately capture requirements, decisions, and risks.
- Fluency with developer tooling, including comfort reading pull requests, writing scripts, and using AI coding assistants.
- Technical breadth in infrastructure (containers, networking), data engineering, AI/ML, or software security.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with engineering, business, and executive audiences.
- Ability to coordinate work across technical teams, clients, and internal partners.
- Experience tracking technical risks, project dependencies, and success criteria.
- Comfort working within enterprise constraints such as security reviews and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, physics, mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers, clients, and account leaders to understand technical objectives and proactively address project needs.
- Participate in technical discussions to capture requirements, decisions, dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs across infrastructure, data, security, and AI/ML.
- Maintain shared visibility into project plans, priorities, decisions, deliverables, dependencies, and status.
- Identify risks, challenges, and unresolved decisions early and drive them toward resolution.
- Partner with account leaders to identify opportunities for expansion, renewal, or deeper client collaboration.
- Support transitions from implementation to operation, including documentation, handoffs, and ongoing support arrangements.
