Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Expert-level knowledge of Deltek Vision, including configuration, security, troubleshooting, and reporting.
- Experience providing help desk, technical, and functional application support.
- Solid understanding of computer networking and enterprise application environments.
- Expert proficiency with SQL Server 2019.
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, VLOOKUPs, and PivotTables.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Deltek VantagePoint is preferred.
- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, UKG/UltiPro, or Newforma is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary system support resource for the Deltek Vision environment.
- Provide functional support, troubleshooting, guidance, and training to end users.
- Monitor and improve data quality and integrity by validating information and business processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for system changes, security updates, and configurations.
- Support the planning, testing, and deployment of future rollouts like VantagePoint.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation to increase efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders on requirements gathering, solution design, and system integrations.
