Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or AI/automation tool management.
- Python proficiency.
- Strong understanding of enterprise AI tools such as Claude, CoPilot, Glean, ChatGPT, and Zoom AI.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with Power BI, SQL, or other reporting tools.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage concurrent tasks.
- Understanding of the relationship between Private Equity sponsors and their portfolio companies.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex issues to senior team members.
Responsibilities
- Serve as helpdesk escalation point for all AI-related issues including access, performance, and integrations.
- Troubleshoot incidents involving tools like Glean, CoPilot, ChatGPT, and Zoom AI.
- Maintain documentation for known issues, resolutions, and best practices.
- Monitor AI system health, escalate outages, and communicate impact to stakeholders.
- Test new configurations, validate system integrations, and support rollout activities.
- Formalize user feedback capture and manage usage dashboards.
- Maintain compliance with AI governance, security, and data management standards.
