Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business administration, computer science, or information systems.
- 2-3 years of application/system analysis/enrollment build experience preferred.
- 2-3 years of insurance industry experience.
- 1-2 years of Bswift platform experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word).
- Familiarity with Visual Basic scripts.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Proven organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage priorities under pressure in a high-volume implementation environment.
Responsibilities
- Support Bswift technology implementations in accordance with company standard operating procedures.
- Coordinate with managers and users to identify and prioritize system problems.
- Partner with project coordinators and internal/external teams for new implementations and ongoing client support.
- Manage client import/exports, payroll/carrier files, and discrepancy reports.
- Provide on-call technical support for EDI vendor feeds.
- Solve data production technical problems and discuss actionable resolutions with team members.
- Conduct routine analysis of data transactions and recommend resolutions for production problems.
- Perform quality control management and maintain Bswift system accuracy.
- Train client HR partners on Bswift software and processes.
