Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, communications, project management, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in clinical imaging, clinical trials, project coordination, sales support, proposal development, technical writing, budget development, or a related area.
  • Demonstrated ability to support projects, commercial activities, or cross-functional deliverables within a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM platform is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, requests, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining complete, accurate, and up-to-date information.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and contribute effectively within a collaborative remote team.
  • Sound judgment, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

  • Support the identification, development, and tracking of pipeline opportunities across an established portfolio of pharmaceutical sponsors and clinical research organizations.
  • Create and maintain accurate opportunity records in Salesforce, including supporting documents, activities, expected close dates, and other relevant information.
  • Assist with preparing proposal materials, capability presentations, bid-defense presentations, and other commercial documentation.
  • Acknowledge and review requests for proposals, ensuring all information required to develop accurate responses has been provided.
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather missing information, clarify requirements, and facilitate timely proposal development.
  • Coordinate internal strategy meetings and ensure the appropriate contributors are involved in commercial discussions.
  • Manage proposal timelines, deliverables, and deadlines, following up with stakeholders to keep activities progressing as planned.
  • Support the administration and updating of internal pricing tools and related commercial resources.
  • Coordinate rebid requests, including pricing updates, supplemental materials, and additional strategy discussions.
  • Follow up on change-order activities and maintain accurate completion and close dates within Salesforce.
