Requirements
- 7+ years of experience delivering services or technology to clinical development groups at pharma or biotech sponsors (CRO, clinical tech vendor, or consulting).
- Extensive experience working with biopharmaceutical companies.
- Demonstrated deep fluency in the pharma and clinical development landscape.
- Proven history of direct sponsor-facing ownership of accounts or engagements.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver services, technology, and software products.
- Track record of identifying expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
- Experience working at the intersection of commercial and delivery/technical teams.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
- Strong problem-solving instincts and a proactive approach to risk management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Engineering, or a related field.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Build deep, trusting relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
- Coordinate customer-facing timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with commitments.
- Identify and communicate opportunities to expand and strengthen customer collaborations.
- Proactively identify and resolve risks, dependencies, and roadblocks across project workstreams.
- Drive accountability and communication across delivery teams to keep projects on track.
- Report project progress, risks, and resource trade-offs to leadership.
- Establish project management practices and resource-planning tools to maintain a single source of truth.
