Requirements
- 15+ years of overall professional experience with a substantial track record of leading complex strategic, technology, or product initiatives.
- 8+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm or significant experience in software product delivery and implementation.
- Strong capabilities in value creation, strategic analysis, business case development, and structured problem solving.
- Proven ability to take ambiguous customer problems, structure them effectively, and translate them into executable solutions.
- Comfortable working alongside technology and product teams with familiarity in agile methodologies and AI concepts.
- Confident engaging senior executives, facilitating high-stakes discussions, and influencing stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted client relationships and maintain ownership of engagements through implementation.
- Strong sense of accountability and ownership with the ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution.
- Ability to operate in fast-changing environments where priorities and customer requirements evolve.
Responsibilities
- Own engagements from early problem definition and value framing through solution scoping, development, and production deployment of AI Co-Workers.
- Work directly with senior customer stakeholders to understand AI maturity, business priorities, and constraints, identifying processes where AI can generate value.
- Convert customer strategic objectives and ambiguous business challenges into concrete, executable AI Co-Worker solutions.
- Establish value drivers, success metrics, ROI targets, and delivery roadmaps that keep AI solutions focused on measurable outcomes.
- Act as the primary senior representative throughout engagements, building trusted relationships with executives and providing guidance on value creation and delivery.
- Take direct accountability for the pace, quality, effectiveness, and business impact of customer engagements.
- Collaborate with technology, product, and delivery teams using agile approaches to ensure strategic concepts become practical solutions.
- Facilitate executive-level conversations, align diverse stakeholders, and manage ambiguity throughout complex AI transformation initiatives.
