- Strong experience with email outreach automation tools such as Lemlist, Instantly, or Hunter.
- Working knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude for research and workflow automation.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote, async environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and qualify high-value link-building opportunities through competitor analysis, search footprints, and Google operators.
- Design and execute personalized, scalable outreach campaigns using AI and automation tools.
- Secure guest posts, link insertions, and directory listings to strengthen domain authority.
- Manage end-to-end guest post content including briefing, sourcing, and editing.
- Audit and verify live backlink placements to ensure campaign integrity and quality.
- Build and optimize company profiles across B2B directories and industry platforms.
