Requirements
- Several years of global payroll implementation experience.
- Expertise in statutory tax regulations and payroll processing.
- Technical implementation experience using local payroll software.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end global payroll and HR processes.
- Experience with accounting reconciliations.
- Strong data management skills with high accuracy.
- Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Technical aptitude with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel.
- Ability to work effectively in a MacBook Pro environment.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers throughout the payroll implementation process.
- Analyze customer payroll needs and provide recommendations for setup.
- Configure the Global Payroll system for individual customer requirements.
- Manage the collection of required employee and customer data for legal entities.
- Coordinate parallel payroll runs and perform wage-based tax reconciliations.
- Verify that payroll and tax setups are compliant with statutory regulations.
- Execute payroll go-lives and manage the transition to the Payroll Operations team.
- Provide training and support to customers regarding payroll processes.
