Requirements
- 12+ years of experience guiding strategy and execution for technical education (bootcamps, apprenticeship programs, technical upskilling).
- 5+ years of experience as a people manager.
- Proven track record of creative and best-in-class experience design, with a commitment to innovation.
- Demonstrated ability to shape a vision and execute the associated roadmap.
- Experience scaling and designing initiatives, processes, and tools for an organization of approximately 3,000 employees.
- Experience working with external vendors and partners.
- Comfortable using learning technologies and educational technology.
- Exceptional understanding of Technology and Engineering organizations and their operations.
- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Data-driven approach to evaluating and measuring learning experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Connect with stakeholders to understand skill gaps and perform needs assessments.
- Establish a vision and strategy for technical education.
- Coach the team and provide feedback on programs and initiatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise on learning science and skill acquisition.
- Collaborate with Tech L&D team to build and execute high-impact programs.
- Partner with vendors and consultants to execute the strategy and vision for TechEd.
- Amplify and evangelize a culture of learning for the Tech organization.
- Report on learning impact and outcomes to senior leadership.
