Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Operations, or Business Development in Tech, Real Estate/Property Management, or Travel.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to drive growth and own OKRs.
- Strong project management skills and experience leading strategic programs.
- Experience in sales or external relationship management across tech and consumer goods.
- Expertise in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, large data sets) and analytical tools like SQL.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Google Docs, and project management tools like Asana or Airtable.
- Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models.
- Ability to forecast, model, and optimize growth tactics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Launch and manage host growth programs like the Co-Host Network and Superhost Ambassadors.
- Design and adapt playbooks to capture local market dynamics and shape future program iterations.
- Analyze regional business trends and program performance to identify and scale growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a community forum to increase reach and collect feedback for product and program support.
- Execute workshops, events, webinars, and partnerships to build an integrated growth strategy.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hosts to advise and support the growth of their property management businesses.
- Lead cross-functional efforts to pilot new projects and tactics that can be scaled globally.
