Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager owning a consumer-facing product end to end.
- Proven experience defining, building, and launching technically complex products.
- Strong experience collaborating with designers, engineers, QA, and cross-functional stakeholders in agile environments.
- Ability to facilitate technical discussions and provide informed feedback on technical designs.
- Working understanding of eSIM technology and its impact on the customer journey.
- Strong analytical fluency with tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics, Looker, or Power BI.
- Demonstrated ability to use data to guide product decisions and conduct funnel analysis.
- Sharp and concise communication skills for translating technical trade-offs into business cases.
- Direct experience in the travel eSIM market is a strong advantage.
- Previous experience in travel-related businesses is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Own the travel eSIM roadmap end to end, aligning priorities with customer needs and business objectives.
- Lead the design, development, launch, and continuous improvement of new travel eSIM plans and features.
- Conduct ongoing research into traveler needs, market trends, and competitive pricing strategies.
- Manage the complete customer journey from purchase through eSIM installation and first connection.
- Define and monitor product metrics including conversion, activation, ARPU, and margin by travel corridor.
- Collaborate with roaming and wholesale partners to manage coverage, capacity, and product economics.
- Drive alignment across multiple scrum teams and cross-functional partners including engineering, design, and marketing.
