Requirements
- 6-9+ years in product management with significant ownership of a core, revenue-driving product area.
- Proven track record building high-quality, scaled software, ideally including creation tools or publishing surfaces.
- Deep experience with online content creation.
- Data-informed decision making and quantitative analysis skills.
- Strong product judgment and prioritization capabilities.
- Systems thinking ability with a focus on building for scale.
- Deep collaboration skills with design on craft and visual quality.
- Cross-functional influence and collaboration experience.
- Strong AI fluency with experience evaluating AI applications in product workflows.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience partnering closely with design to drive long-term vision and visual polish.
- Bonus: Publishing or content creation expertise.
Responsibilities
- Own key product surfaces end-to-end, including email templates, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites.
- Identify opportunities to improve the creator experience for building and scaling content.
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales teams to ensure alignment.
- Lead major product initiatives from conception through to successful launch.
- Establish clear product strategy, metrics for success, and vision for the team.
- Leverage internal tools like Linear, Mixpanel, and Omni to measure and drive product impact.
