Requirements
- 6-9+ years of experience in product management with significant ownership of a core, revenue-driving product area.
- Proven track record building high-quality, scaled software, ideally including content creation tools or editors.
- Deep experience with content creation online.
- Experience partnering closely with design to drive long-term vision, craft, and visual polish.
- Proficiency in data-informed decision-making and quantitative analysis.
- Strong AI fluency, with daily experience using AI tools in your workflow.
- Systems thinking skills and experience building for scale.
- Ability to influence cross-functionally without formal authority.
- Strong product judgment and prioritization skills.
- Clear written and verbal communication.
Responsibilities
- Own key product surfaces end-to-end, including email templates, landing pages, forms, and newsletter sites.
- Identify opportunities and ship features that impact hundreds of thousands of creators.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Success, and Sales.
- Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategy for product success.
- Measure product performance and impact against defined business goals.
