Have 6+ years of experience in a technically focused product management role.
Have experience building products that shipped to market.
Write SQL and independently synthesize data.
Bring a strong technical background; computer science or software engineering experience is noted as beneficial.
Have experience managing a consumer-facing app or product, especially front-end conversion rate optimization.
Show a record of growing user metrics through initiatives involving onboarding or user flows.
Have expertise managing D2C or B2B2C product experiences and improving user-facing interactions.
Identify barriers to conversion and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
Understand B2B2C complexities and balance business partner and end-user needs.
Understand consumer metrics such as CAC, conversion rate, and ROI, and avoid excessive reliance on paid ad spend.
Use AI tools to accelerate work.

Own and optimize the product’s front-end experience to increase conversion rates and user engagement.
Improve user onboarding and application flows.
Analyze user feedback and data to make product decisions and improve performance.
Align cross-functional teams around business needs, user expectations, and product goals.
Develop initiatives to improve customer acquisition and retention, focusing on organic growth and return on spend.
Build a strategy to optimize the B2B2C product journey across business and consumer touchpoints.
Partner with Product Managers and engineering teams to develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps.
Clarify, triage, and prioritize bugs with product and engineering.
Assess risks and develop solutions to remove roadblocks to roadmap work.
Use AI tools to think, build, and ship faster.
