Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of experience in product operations, technical program management, or related roles within B2B/enterprise software companies.
- Experience owning both formal processes like release management and ambiguous, cross-functional initiatives.
- Track record of driving delivery on new, fast-moving products from early build through customer pilot.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and navigate stakeholder management.
- Comfortable working with AI-powered tools and applying judgment on their utility.
- Deep understanding of agile product development methodologies and the full product development lifecycle.
- Proven experience defining and tracking product metrics, building dashboards, and translating data into insights.
- Strong proficiency with modern product management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent executive communication skills to synthesize technical detail into leadership-level insight.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end program plan for new product launches across product, engineering, sales, marketing, implementation, and support.
- Keep cross-functional teams aligned and delivering on their tracks and deliverables in a timely manner.
- Identify dependencies and blockers early, and drive resolution across teams that don't report to you.
- Help the organization distinguish 'need to have' from 'nice to have' under time pressure to meet business commitments.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures, communication rhythms, and documentation practices for product releases.
- Manage product operations tooling and analytics platforms to support the team's workflow.
- Own the product metrics framework for product lines across adoption, engagement, retention, and business impact.
- Design and stand up an executive-level customer council.
