Requirements
- 15+ years of professional experience.
- Significant experience within a strategy consulting firm.
- Proven experience working directly with CEOs or C-suite executives on enterprise strategy.
- Demonstrated track record of driving strategy creation through to execution.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience using KPIs for decision-making.
- Executive presence to act as a trusted advisor and influencer.
- Ability to align senior leaders and cross-functional teams without formal authority.
- High ethical judgement and discretion.
- Practical experience using AI to create efficiencies or improve workflows.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the US CEO and senior leadership on annual and quarterly planning to define priorities.
- Structure complex enterprise business problems and develop data-driven recommendations.
- Drive the operating rhythm of the company by establishing goals, milestones, and accountability.
- Align cross-functional teams and senior leaders when perspectives differ or priorities compete.
- Build and maintain KPIs to monitor strategic execution and business performance.
- Lead high-impact cross-functional work from problem definition through execution.
- Translate complex strategy into clear narratives for stakeholders.
