Requirements
- 15+ years of experience, including significant experience within a strategy consulting firm.
- Expertise in solving complex strategic, operational, or transformation challenges.
- Proven experience working directly with CEOs, C-suite executives, or equivalent senior leaders.
- Track record of translating strategy into successful operational execution.
- Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving skills to structure ambiguous business problems.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with experience using performance data for trade-offs.
- Executive presence and the ability to act as a trusted advisor and facilitator.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align senior stakeholders without formal authority.
- High ethical judgement and the confidence to provide candid feedback to leadership.
- Practical experience using AI to create efficiencies and improve workflows.
Responsibilities
- Partner with the US CEO and senior leaders on annual and quarterly planning to define strategic priorities.
- Structure complex business problems, synthesize data, and develop actionable recommendations for high-stakes decisions.
- Establish the operating rhythm for company priorities, tracking goals, milestones, and cross-functional accountability.
- Identify competing demands and resource constraints to proactively resolve operational blockers.
- Develop and maintain KPIs to monitor strategic execution and business performance.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives from definition through execution and outcome measurement.
- Use AI and modern tools to improve research, synthesis, and workflow efficiency.
