- A minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Finance / FP&A / Strategic Finance, preferably including 3+ years at publicly traded companies or late stage pre-IPO companies.

Requirements
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Finance / FP&A / Strategic Finance
- Preferably 3+ years at publicly traded companies or late stage pre-IPO companies
- Prior experience in investment banking and/or private equity / growth equity
- Best-in-class excel skills and extensive experience developing financial models
- Prior experience building and leading finance teams
- Proven track record of identifying and deploying AI tools in finance workflows
- Expert in building new processes in an enterprise financial planning system such as Adaptive or Anaplan
- Deep understanding of valuation methods
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP
- Ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks while hitting deadlines
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Responsibilities
- Implement new processes and improve financial controls to ensure the health and stability of our increasingly complex business
- Own and drive financial planning and budgeting processes, determining resource allocation and guiding growth
- Develop and monitor critical financial performance metrics and drive reporting for the Board of Directors and Executive Team
- Design and implement accounting and planning tools such as NetSuite and Pigment
- Drive high-impact strategic and operational initiatives to provide analytics on unit economics, customer acquisition, and expansion
- Apply data-driven analytical approaches to influence company leadership and strategic decision-making
