Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of product management experience in custom software solutions.
- Proven track record of managing full product development lifecycles (PDLC).
- Deep understanding of AI concepts including LLMs, machine learning, NLP, and data analytics.
- 5-7+ years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams for digital products.
- Skilled in building client relationships and translating requirements into deliverables.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data for product improvements.
- Proficiency in GSuite, Clickup, Figma, and Jira.
- Ability to communicate technical AI and software requirements to design and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute product vision centered on AI and custom software.
- Lead the full product development lifecycle, overseeing design, development, and deployment.
- Synchronize design and development teams to ensure functionality, usability, and aesthetic standards.
- Integrate AI capabilities into custom software in collaboration with engineering and data science teams.
- Serve as primary client contact to gather feedback and refine requirements.
- Establish KPIs and monitor progress to ensure high delivery standards.
- Drive continuous improvement through data-driven iterations.
