SalaryThe estimated annual cash salary for this role is CAD $172,000 - $230,000. This position is also eligible for incentive stock options, subject to the terms of Lattice’s applicable plans.

Requirements
- Have 8+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platform, integrations, API, developer, or ecosystem products.
- Bring experience building technical integrations in multi-party ecosystems such as ad tech, martech, marketplaces, developer platforms, payments, or data connectivity.
- Demonstrate technical fluency across third-party integration patterns, data sync and field mapping, APIs, webhooks, authentication and OAuth, permissions, and reliability.
- Have a track record of shipping scalable, reliable integrations in partnership with Engineering.
- Have experience launching partners or marketplaces with go-to-market teams.
- Show experience turning a platform or ecosystem into a competitive advantage and measurable business lever.
- Be able to influence senior leaders and align teams around decisions, priorities, and outcomes.
- AI ecosystems, MCP, AI agents, or LLM tooling experience is helpful but not required.
- Multi-product B2B SaaS, HR or people-data, or other sensitive-data workflow experience is a bonus.
- Experience mentoring product managers or leading product practices is a bonus.
Responsibilities
- Define the MCP and AI ecosystem vision and multi-year strategy for Lattice.
- Deliver MCP tools, resources, and third-party connectors that expand how admins, managers, and executives use Lattice data.
- Drive product direction for authentication and permissions, agentic execution frameworks, data access, observability, reliability, and evaluations.
- Shape technical direction on MCP tool design and third-party integration infrastructure with Engineering.
- Partner with Partnerships and Product Marketing to launch integrations.
- Own key results across integration and MCP adoption, reliability, activation, and ecosystem growth.
