Requirements

  • Bring strong product management experience, with ownership of product vision and roadmaps from strategy through delivery.
  • Understand advertising attribution and measurement methodologies, including multi-touch attribution (MTA), marketing mix modeling (MMM), incrementality and lift studies, and geo experiments.
  • Understand CTV attribution, ABM attribution, retail media measurement, and web analytics attribution.
  • Have experience solving product problems involving data pipelines, identity resolution, event-level attribution, and measurement at scale.
  • Translate technical constraints into product decisions and explain attribution concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives and delivering measurable outcomes in ambiguous environments.
  • Use hypothesis formation, experimentation, KPI analysis, and iterative decision-making in product development.
  • Apply product and design judgment to evaluate user experience, usability, and value.
  • Use LLM and AI tools effectively in day-to-day product work and understand when deterministic approaches are preferable.
  • Demonstrate ownership, judgment, prioritization, and a bias toward action.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the attribution product portfolio, including click and view-through attribution, channel- and vertical-specific models, and customer-facing reporting and measurement.
  • Lead product initiatives from research and definition through prioritization, development, launch, and ongoing improvement.
  • Work with customers to understand attribution requirements, measurement approaches, and expectations for assigning marketing credit.
  • Build alignment across Data & Analytics, Data Science, Revenue, Product Marketing, Engineering, Design, Quality Assurance, and other teams.
  • Define product specifications covering user needs, expected feature behavior, success criteria, and technical considerations.
  • Translate data, identity, and attribution challenges into product decisions and scalable solutions.
  • Establish hypotheses, design experiments, evaluate results, and iterate based on measurable customer and business outcomes.
  • Support internal and external enablement by communicating attribution methodologies and capabilities.
  • Drive initiatives to completion while maintaining product quality and increasing customer engagement.
