Requirements
- Bring 6+ years of product management experience and a track record of owning and shipping significant growth or community products at a senior level.
- Set product vision and roadmaps, influence across an organization, and drive outcomes with or without a large team.
- Use data to inform decisions and translate findings into strategic action; SQL skills are a strong plus.
- Demonstrate design fluency, provide clear direction to designers, and use prototyping and early visuals to align teams.
- Show a strong track record with acquisition and growth metrics, including onboarding completion, signup conversion, funnel optimization, and LTV.
- Design rigorous experiments, interpret results, distinguish signal from noise, and build an improving experimentation program.
- Have experience with community, social, or subscription products where engagement and conversion were central to growth.
- Build and own business cases that connect product decisions to subscription revenue and growth outcomes.
- Influence engineering, marketing, community, and support teams toward shared goals without relying on authority.
- Work effectively in a fast-moving, resource-constrained startup or agile setting.
Responsibilities
- Own the Get team roadmap, set strategic priorities, track subscription growth goals, and communicate results and learnings to leadership.
- Build and evolve the community and growth strategy, identifying opportunities and making the case for how to pursue them.
- Define product opportunities, set direction, and drive alignment from the initial brief through launch.
- Drive the acquisition and onboarding funnel from signup through community activation and first-month engagement.
- Design and run experiments across the funnel, write briefs, synthesize learnings, and improve results over time.
- Own legal and compliance requirements across login, signup, and onboarding in partnership with Legal and Trust & Safety.
- Partner with the platform team to improve the app as an acquisition and activation surface.
- Work with marketing on acquisition strategy and campaigns, representing the product perspective on introducing new users to Flickr.
- Partner with other product teams on roadmap planning and tradeoffs, balancing Get priorities with broader business outcomes.
