Requirements

  • Have 10+ years of product management experience in a B2B product-driven SaaS or analytics environment.
  • Show proven success leading product growth in a multi-product portfolio company.
  • Have experience collaborating with product, design, engineering, and go-to-market leaders to deliver cohesive solutions.
  • Have experience partnering with distributed engineering teams across different time zones.
  • Demonstrate the ability to understand complex technical concepts, constraints, and trade-offs and explain them to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bring a continuous discovery mindset and the ability to develop deep customer and user empathy for needs and workflows.
  • Use analytical and commercial acumen to identify opportunities in usage, impact, and pricing.
  • Demonstrate curiosity about changing social, software, and product management landscapes, with a commitment to continuous improvement, learning, and experimentation.
  • Have strong organizational, time-management, prioritization, and project-management skills.
  • Be based in Alberta, British Columbia, or Ontario.
  • Be in the EST or CST timezone.

Responsibilities

  • Strengthen understanding of customer jobs and decisions, market needs, strategic trends, and product opportunities.
  • Own the Listening product strategy and roadmap, secure organization-wide alignment on investments, and define trackable payoff metrics.
  • Partner with Engineering to deliver product investments while balancing customer and revenue commitments with long-term strategic goals.
  • Collaborate with the pricing and packaging team to optimize Listening pricing across costs, sales, retention, expansion, and multi-product attachment.
  • Work with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience to center product direction and delivery on customer and market insights.
  • Ensure go-to-market work helps customers and prospects understand, try, and adopt releases.
  • Track customer pipeline, adoption, usage, competition, feedback, churn, and closed-lost drivers to inform product decisions.
  • Engage directly with customers, support internal customer escalations, and communicate progress, risks, challenges, and pivots to stakeholders.
