Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience in backend development, systems integration, data/analytics engineering, or automation.
- At least 2 years of experience shipping LLM or AI capabilities into production business workflows or internal tools.
- Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js).
- Mature Git-based development habits including code review, automated testing, and CI/CD.
- Hands-on experience with LLM patterns including prompt engineering, RAG, function/tool calling, structured outputs, and model evaluation.
- Experience managing failure modes like hallucinations, latency, cost, and implementing guardrails like validation and fallback logic.
- Ability to integrate with Salesforce via REST/Bulk/Streaming APIs and knowledge of platform limits.
- Experience working with cloud platforms, specifically GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, IAM).
- Experience with event-driven patterns and integrating diverse business systems via APIs.
- Ability to own a problem end-to-end and communicate effectively in a remote, asynchronous environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build and operate AI agents, LLM integrations and automations connecting the GTM stack including Salesforce, Gainsight, Slack, Salesloft, Clari, HubSpot, and Impartner.
- Own the architecture of the GTM Systems AI layer including MCP servers, APIs, retrieval pipelines, agent tools, and serverless/containerized services on GCP.
- Ship production-grade LLM capabilities including RAG, function calling, structured outputs, and automated evaluations with necessary guardrails and observability.
- Partner with Revenue Operations and GTM leadership to identify automation opportunities and deliver maintainable solutions incrementally.
- Raise the engineering bar through code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, and security governance.
- Deploy workflows on orchestration platforms and create playbooks to enable GTM teams to operate automations independently.
