Requirements
- 4 to 6 years of experience delivering production software in a high-growth SaaS or startup environment.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership, including scoping, architecture, and driving outcomes.
- Proven experience shipping AI-powered pipelines or agents in a real operational context.
- Active practitioner of modern AI development tools such as Claude, Lovable, or Cursor.
- Comfortable working with LLM APIs and MCP integrations.
- Hands-on experience building against Salesforce or equivalent CRM APIs.
- Expertise in owning live production systems, including observability and incident response.
- Ability to translate operational pain into technical requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with GTM or RevOps functions preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like Gong, Clay, LeanData, ZoomInfo, or CPQ systems.
Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of automation and AI-tooling initiatives within your assigned GTM pod.
- Build and ship AI-powered pipelines that automate manual GTM work such as deal enrichment and CPQ processes.
- Design prompting architecture and agent logic for non-technical end users with observability and error handling.
- Manage the operational health of live systems, acting as first responder for incidents and data quality issues.
- Manage pod-level vendor relationships including SLAs, incident escalation, and build-vs-buy decisions.
- Support other engineers through code review, pairing, and contributing reusable patterns.
