Requirements
- Significant customer-facing technical experience at a data platform, analytics, streaming, or database company.
- Demonstrable depth in cloud and data security, including IAM, key management, cryptography, and network isolation.
- Working command of enterprise security frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI DSS.
- Experience translating security requirements for CISOs and security architects.
- Strong technical writing skills and ability to create artifacts for auditors.
- Understanding of EU data residency and relevant regulations like DORA and NIS2.
- Experience with secure multi-tenancy, threat modelling, and audit processes.
Responsibilities
- Act as the security overlay on EMEA opportunities supporting conversations related to security, privacy, or compliance.
- Lead security conversations with CISOs, security architects, and GRC teams, translating ClickHouse architecture into recognizable controls frameworks.
- Design and validate secure ClickHouse Cloud and BYOC deployment patterns, including network isolation, encryption, and identity federation.
- Run threat modelling and architecture reviews with customer security teams and own the security workstream through POC and production readiness.
- Serve as the field authority on compliance posture including SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS, DORA, and NIS2.
- Improve the quality and speed of security questionnaires, RFPs, DPIAs, and third-party risk reviews.
- Build the security playbook for EMEA Solutions Architecture to enable sales teams.
