Requirements
- 2+ years of experience delivering risk advisory or technology risk engagements (e.g., SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, or NIST assessments).
- 3+ years of experience in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup.
- Proven proficiency in project management with the ability to handle multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong executive presence and demonstrated ability to influence change.
- Excellent communication skills for managing customer relationships and internal cross-functional collaboration.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working with little direct oversight.
- Strong bias towards action and taking ownership of projects end-to-end.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular engagement cadences with customers from sales handoff to value realization.
- Create and execute customer implementation plans to meet specific adoption goals.
- Cultivate customer champions and provide ongoing platform training.
- Act as a cross-functional liaison between customers and internal product, engineering, and sales teams.
- Proactively identify and mitigate implementation risks through decisive action plans.
- Document customer value, success metrics, and new use cases to track progress.
