Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in risk advisory or technology risk engagements (e.g., SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, PCI, HIPAA, or NIST).
- 3+ years in technology consulting, customer onboarding, or implementation, ideally at a top management consulting firm or high-growth startup.
- Proven experience driving business value as a trusted advisor for complex organizations.
- Proficiency in project management with the ability to handle multiple customers and priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence change.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Self-starter with a bias towards action and the ability to work with minimal oversight.
- Mission-first mindset and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain regular engagement cadences with customers from sales handoff to value realization.
- Create and execute customer onboarding plans to ensure implementation goals are met.
- Cultivate customer champions and provide education on the Fieldguide platform.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and internal Engineering, Product, and Sales teams.
- Identify success risks and develop proactive mitigation plans.
- Measure and document customer value realization and success metrics.
