Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in biotech, healthcare, or high-growth environments.
- Proven ability to fill a wide range of roles with speed and quality.
- Strong sourcing skills with familiarity in LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse ATS, and CRM tools.
- Familiarity with using AI and other tools to enhance and automate workflows.
- Strong capability in utilizing recruiting metrics and pipeline reporting.
- Excellent communication, time management, and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Experience hiring for clinical, diagnostics, or genomics roles (preferred).
- Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and diversity hiring strategies (preferred).
- Experience with New York State-licensed laboratory hiring (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles from intake to offer acceptance.
- Partner with and advise hiring managers on recruiting best practices and talent landscape.
- Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience.
- Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, CRM, referrals, and networking.
- Screen candidates for qualifications, culture fit, and role alignment.
- Provide data-driven updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate on hiring strategy, process improvement, and employer branding.
- Ensure recruitment activity is tracked in Greenhouse ATS and compliant with OFCCP standards.
