Job Details

8-12 years of experience in customer education, professional services, implementation consulting, or a related enterprise-facing function.
Strong background in B2B SaaS environments.
Proven ability to build programs from ambiguity, defining own success metrics and adjusting based on performance.
Experience working cross-functionally with Customer Success, Implementation, and Revenue teams in live accounts.
Comfortable with technical concepts including APIs to translate them into practical client guidance.
Skilled at change management and building new habits within client account teams.
Confident, consultative communication skills for advising enterprise clients on deployment and commercial impact.
Ability to define engagement boundaries to prevent scope creep.
Data-driven mindset with experience designing attribution models to prove program ROI.
Ability to travel occasionally to support key accounts and kickoffs.

Partner with Customer Success, Implementation, and Revenue teams to embed education into enterprise account deployments.
Build and deliver custom, hands-on education programs tailored to enterprise account goals and structures.
Act as a consultative advisor on deployment strategy and API-based usage workflows.
Define scoping criteria for engagement triggers, successful outcomes, and project completion.
Establish repeatable processes for cross-functional engagement to scale the education function.
Design and own metrics to evaluate program success and prove ROI.
Identify opportunities for increasing platform and API integration depth within under-utilized accounts.
Collaborate with the broader Customer Education team to create and adapt enterprise-specific content templates.
