Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years of project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
- BA/BS Degree or equivalent is required.
- Proven track record of leading concurrent, cross-departmental, complex projects and process improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, specifically MS Project, MS SharePoint, Excel, Word, MS Planner, Viva Goals, and Visio.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead through influence.
- PMP (PMI), CBAP (IIBA), or equivalent certification a plus.
- Agile Scrum or Scaled Agile certification or experience a plus.
- Experience in a medium to large-size company and healthcare/biomedical related business preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align project priorities with organizational goals and strategies.
- Lead concurrent cross-functional project teams in defining the project scope and objectives.
- Create a project charter and detailed project plan identifying all tasks and milestones.
- Track and report project progress, holding teams accountable to deliverables.
- Perform risk management and resolve issues throughout the project cycle.
- Analyze business processes to recommend and implement efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders and technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Lead system implementation, testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and end-user training.
