Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent years of direct experience).
- 8+ years of experience in leading and managing complex projects and teams.
- 5+ years of experience in strategic planning and management in a senior leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong understanding of project financials, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 or similar platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% and deploy to client sites for extended periods.
- Ability to pass company and client background and reference checks.
- Advanced degree is preferred.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to the project management division.
- Monitor project performance, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Define and implement project management processes and tools, including Salesforce utilization.
- Recruit, onboard, and develop top talent within the project management team.
- Serve as primary point of contact for key clients and nurture relationships.
- Collaborate on strategic planning, SWOT analysis, and business development initiatives.
- Oversee resource allocation and financial tracking across company projects.
