Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in IT program management, including large-scale IT projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PgMP (Program Management Professional) certification.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile and Waterfall).
- Experience with IT infrastructure components including hardware, software, and networking.
- Expertise in project management tools such as MS Project Online and ServiceNow.
- Strong financial acumen regarding budget tracking and forecasting.
- Proven ability in risk management and complex decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Define complex program vision, scope, and goals while developing a comprehensive roadmap.
- Oversee execution of all projects within a program to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Manage overall project performance including quality, scheduling, and financial budgets.
- Identify, analyze, and mitigate program-level risks by developing contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with IT governance policies and security standards.
- Manage resource allocation across program paths and direct personnel to resolve implementation issues.
