Requirements
- 5+ years of project or program management experience with product launches in a SaaS or technology GTM environment.
- Demonstrated ownership of internal and external change management.
- Strong analytical orientation with the ability to define success metrics and interpret product usage data.
- Proven track record of proactive communication and risk management.
- Strong facilitation skills to drive focus and accountability across cross-functional groups.
- Ability to develop and maintain sufficient product and domain expertise.
- Experience improving cross-functional processes, systems, or tooling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end project management for assigned feature and product launches, including scoping, sequencing, timelines, and dependencies.
- Maintain a launch board as the single source of truth for statuses, risks, and next steps.
- Run efficient, action-oriented launch cadences to align cross-functional teams.
- Design and execute internal and customer-facing change management plans.
- Translate scope or timing changes into clear impacts to drive stakeholder decisions.
- Define and monitor success metrics such as adoption, activation, usage, and customer sentiment.
- Identify process, tooling, or automation improvements to enhance the launch operating system.
