Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience managing projects or programs.
- Demonstrated experience building project plans, sequencing dependencies, and managing milestones.
- Hands-on experience creating project plans in Monday.com or a comparable project-management platform.
- Strong Microsoft 365 expertise, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Demonstrated practical use of AI tools such as Claude or Copilot for professional work.
- Strong prompt-engineering capabilities and judgment when evaluating AI-generated outputs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft executive-level correspondence.
- Strong self-management and asynchronous communication skills for a fully remote environment.
- PMP certification or equivalent experience, or at least 3 years of direct PM/PMO experience.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is preferred.
- Experience with Power BI or similar dashboarding tools is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Own assigned internal projects and programs from intake through close-out, ensuring work progresses efficiently without requiring daily direction.
- Translate operational initiatives into fully structured project plans using Monday.com or comparable platforms, including tasks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Break ambiguous requests and complex initiatives into clearly defined actions, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- Support executive and department leadership with meeting preparation, agendas, action-item tracking, and status updates.
- Maintain centralized project dashboards and accurate process documentation including SOPs and templates.
- Optimize Microsoft 365 tools like Teams, Loop, SharePoint, and Copilot to improve operational efficiency.
- Utilize AI tools such as Claude and Copilot to accelerate research, drafting, automation, and problem-solving.
