Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on project/program management or as an HR Business Partner.
- Proven ability to think strategically and translate business strategy into audience- and data-driven people programs.
- Strong project management skills, including milestone definition, stakeholder guidance, and metrics tracking.
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex concepts for broad audiences.
- Ability to work and partner effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Well-organized with high attention to detail and quality.
- Team player comfortable collaborating and shifting focus between multiple projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management for key People Team initiatives, including annual engagement surveys, performance review cycles, and quarterly check-ins.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive the effective execution of HR programs.
- Evaluate program efficacy using data-driven insights, employee feedback, and survey metrics.
- Design and execute clear, cohesive communication strategies in partnership with leadership.
- Maintain the internal Manager Hub with SOPs, toolkits, and resources.
- Co-design and facilitate Manager Roundtables and leadership programs.
- Establish and manage the annual People Strategy Roadmap, including KPI tracking and reporting.
